1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Take Bet ("take bet", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the take bet website at take-bet.vip and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account on take bet, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the take bet platform.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device or method used to access take bet. This includes the take bet website accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the take bet app. The same rules apply across all access methods.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Take bet processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only accepted payment methods on the take bet platform. No other payment methods are currently supported.

Deposit rules:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your take bet account instantly in most cases.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Take bet does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Withdrawal rules:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Take bet targets a 15-minute processing time for all withdrawals. In some cases, additional verification may extend this timeframe.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there are pending identity verification requirements on your account.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Take bet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All take bet bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer details.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Take bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method designed to exploit promotions — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Take bet bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred between accounts.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on take bet are provided by licensed third-party software suppliers. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing bets.

Take bet's game library includes live casino games, slots, fishing games, crash games, and sports betting markets. All RNG-based games are independently tested and certified for fairness. Live casino games use physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels — streamed in real time.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, take bet will resolve the situation in accordance with the game supplier's rules. In some cases, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Players must not use any automated software, bot, script, or third-party tool to interact with take bet games.
• Collusion between players in live games or sports betting is strictly prohibited.

Sports betting markets on take bet are subject to additional rules specific to each sport and market type. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds at the time of confirmation apply.

6 Responsible Gaming

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is associated with another suspended or closed take bet account.
• The account holder has attempted to abuse the bonus system or exploit a technical error.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the take bet platform.

In the event of account suspension, take bet will review the account balance and determine whether any funds are eligible for return. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will not be returned. Take bet's decision in these matters is final.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting take bet support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

9 Limitation of Liability

Take bet provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times.

• Take bet is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Take bet is not responsible for any losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand game rules or bonus terms.
• Take bet's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's account balance at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits take bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
